Toasty Brie & Prosciutto Crostini with Pepper Jelly and Hot Honey

Okay so if there is one thing about me, I love a good charcuterie board! I feel like this appetizer has all of my favorite things about a charcuterie. It's savory and sweet! It's crispy and indulgent! It is the perfect appetizer + this Toasty Brie & Prosciutto Crostini with Pepper Jelly and Hot Honey is SO easy to make. It'll be the perfect appetizer to make for Thanksgiving. Such a crowd pleaser and so so simple.

Toasty Brie & Prosciutto Crostini with Pepper Jelly and Hot Honey
Ingredients
1 French loaf, sliced thin
2 tablespoons melted butter
4–6 slices prosciutto
Brie cheese (about 4 oz), sliced
2–3 tablespoons pepper jelly
Drizzle of hot honey (or regular honey)
Fresh thyme, for garnish
Instructions
Prep the bread: Slice the French loaf into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with about 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Toast: Bake at 400°F for about 5 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp around the edges.
Crisp the prosciutto: In a small pan, fry the prosciutto until crispy. Set aside.
Assemble: Top each toasted bread slice with crispy prosciutto and a piece of brie.
Melt the brie: Return the crostini to the oven at 400°F for another 5 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
Finish: Top each piece with a small spoonful of pepper jelly and drizzle with hot honey (regular honey works too).
Garnish: Add fresh thyme leaves over the top and serve warm.
