We served this tasty matcha at our coffee shop at home party and it was such a crowd pleaser! I have been having it for breakfast every day since!

Ingredients:

  • Homemade pumpkin spice syrup (To taste! The recipe for this is here)

  • Teaspoon of matcha powder

  • Half cup of milk

  • Half Cup Of Ice

  • Maple Cinnamon Cold Foam (We got ours from Target)

  • Pumpkin Pie Spice to top

Pumpkin Matcha Iced Latte with Maple Cinnamon Cold Foam

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, whisk or sift 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with a splash of warm water until smooth (this helps prevent clumps).

  2. Add ½ cup of milk and ½ cup of ice.

  3. Stir in homemade pumpkin spice syrup to taste — start with 1–2 tablespoons and adjust to your sweetness/spice preference.

  4. Gently spoon or pour Maple Cinnamon Cold Foam over the top.

  5. Finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

  6. Serve immediately with a straw or enjoy as is!
